The Concept, Counsel of Management Services, a division of Calibre Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Bombay, caters to Industry's demand for managerial/executive cadre personnel (Junior, middle and senior level) in both domestic and overseas markets.

Started in 1980, it is headed by Chander Batheja, an MBA from early batches of IIM, Ahmedabad and an Electronics Engineer from BITS Pilani. He had prior to launch of "The Concept" in 1980, worked at senior level in leading Indian Groups like TATA's and is a known personality in Placement Industry in India. Aljai Batheja, an MBA from Australia and Director in the Co: is also in the forefront since last couple of years.

The Concept has a wide clientele base spanning several industries Consumer Electronics, Professional Electronics, Office Automation, White Goods / Consumer Durables, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Consumer Products, I/T- Software and Hardware, Textiles, Service Industry and Foreign Banks etc. It has positioned itself in the Executive and Management Cadre recruitment.
